Join us for adventure camp 2024!

Camp Theme:

This year our theme is ‘Bones’! Our evenings will center around physical and spiritual wellness in Christ. We are all a vital part of the body of Christ so that means that we should care deeply about our own well being. We will have a fun time exploring what it means to be part of the body of Christ and how we are called to take care of our physical bodies. We will explore topics like nutrition, fitness, and rest in fun and creative ways.

By the end of the week, the campers will learn that they were beautifully and wonderfully made for a purpose and that by taking care of their physical bodies, they can be healthier members of God's heavenly body.

Daily Camp Lessons:

  • God created us to be unique

  • God created us to work together

  • God created us to move

  • God created us to rest

Camp Details & What to Expect

Who is invited?

Summer camps are open to kids who will be entering kindergarten through 5th grade (fall of 2024). This is a great way for the kids to invite their friends and family! Kids K-5 do not need to attend Discovery to be apart of Adventure Camp. All are welcome!

How do I sign up?

The earlier the better. Make sure to sign up your kid(s) AND extend the invites to your kids friends. You can follow THIS link to sign up your child! Make sure any friend or family member attending fills out their own separate camp sign up form.

How long are the summer camp days?

Adventure Camp will start on Monday July 15th and end on Thursday July 18th. Each camp night will start at 5:30PM and go until 8:30PM

Are snacks provided?

Dinner will be provided to kids and volunteers each night. A menu will be sent out in the weeks before the event and any allergies or diet restrictions will be taken into consideration.

What are the safety protocols?

Our dedicated Discovery kids team will be leading games, lessons, worship and all interactions with your kids. Each and every camp volunteer will be required to pass a background check and all clearances to work with minors. Each child will also be required to sign in and out with an approved adult per the legal guardian requests.

What will my kids be doing?

Dinner will be served first thing before the evening of fun starts! Each night will proceed with worship, main stage skits, breakout sessions including interactive and creative games, small group time, plus more worship and fun spent with their peers.

What should my kids wear?

Each registered child will receive and Adventure Camp shirt that they are welcome to wear throughout the week. We just ask that everyone wears their shirt on the last day for a group photo. We encourage kids to dress for comfort and safety such as tennis shoes, athletic shorts, and t-shirts.

Want to volunteer for Adventure Camp? We need all hands on deck to facilitate groups, lessons, games, and much more! Follow the sign up link below to join our team.
